Environmental & Compliance Standards:
EZWash is committed to delivering high-performance cleaning services that comply with all relevant environmental and biosecurity regulations under Australian law.
As part of our operations, we ensure that all vehicle washing, particularly of our most common; trucks, trailers, heavy and earth moving machinery meets the standards set out by the Australian Government's biosecurity framework, including those governing the import and export of machinery and vehicles. Our processes are designed to prevent the introduction and spread of pests, diseases, and contaminants across domestic and international borders.
We follow EPA Victoria guidelines, and where applicable, prepare equipment for DAFF inspections, ESCADA audits, and interstate relocation requirements.
EZWASH
Welcome to EZWash. Melbourne and Sydney trusted mobile truck and machinery cleaning service. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by EZWash. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Privacy & Data use: We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Service Scope and Limitations
Types of Equipment Serviced: We service a wide range of vehicles and machinery, including but not limited to trucks, trailers, excavators, tankers and other heavy equipment. Using 4,500 PSI power wash machinery either with cold or hot water.
Extent of Cleaning Services: We require information in regards to the objetive of the wash previous quoting, to clearly outline what the cleaning service entails and advice on the kind of technicality the job requires, such as exterior washing, interior cleaning and/or detailing, degreasing, extra dirt cleaning, tyre shine or deeply complying with Australian inspection regulations and any exclusions. Even at the extent if pressured hot water should be used or not.

Booking & Service Agreement:
All bookings with EZWash are confirmed via phone, SMS, or email, and are considered a formal agreement between the customer and EZWash. By proceeding with a booking, the customer agrees to the service details as discussed and confirmed during the quoting process. This includes, but is not limited to the availability of water or power on site (if applicable), lighting or working hours, access for our equipment and crew, condition and location of the machinery or vehicles to be cleaned.

Client Responsibilities
Preparation Requirements: Customers are responsible for providing accurate access details, including any necessary gate codes, keys, or instructions when not present on site. All vehicles or machinery should be parked in a safe, stable, and accessible location suitable for cleaning. We kindly ask that any sensitive documents, personal items, or loose belongings be removed from the vehicle prior to our arrival. If there are specific areas of concern or components requiring extra attention, please advise our team in advance so we can tailor the service accordingly.
Pricing, Payment and Invoicing
All prices are quoted exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified. Payment is required on the day of service, unless a prior written agreement has been arranged. We accept payment via EFT, credit or debit card. Late payments may attract a 10% weekly fee unless an alternative arrangement has been negotiated in advance.
For accurate invoicing we may request relevant business or personal details including full name or company name, ABN, phone number, email address, and service location.
Liability and Disclaimers

Damage Liability: EZWash is fully insured and takes all reasonable precautions to deliver services with care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, general wear and tear on vehicle or machinery components, or issues arising from unsafe or unsuitable site conditions beyond our control. To assist with prompt resolution, any concerns or issues relating to the service must be reported to us within 24 hours of completion.



Service Limitations
Services may be rescheduled or postponed if site conditions are deemed unsafe, or in the event of extreme weather such as heavy rain, high heat, or storms. Delays may also occur due to on-site restrictions or limited water access. EZWash reserves the right to refuse, adjust, or reschedule our mobile washing services where conditions may compromise the safety of our crew or the quality of the cleaning outcome.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
​If you need to cancel or reschedule your wash service, just give us a heads-up as early as possible.
To help us manage our schedule and crew efficiently, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee of $80 may apply to cover crew time and logistical costs, unless the delay or cancellation is due to unforeseen events outside your reasonable control, such as medical emergencies or severe weather.
If we arrive on site and are unable to carry out the cleaning service due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or no one being present (when needed), the full service fee may still be charged.
We’re flexible where we can be and aim to keep things fair and straightforward for everyone involved.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, and all services are provided in accordance with Australian consumer and environmental regulations. Any disputes or concerns arising from the service will be handled under the jurisdiction of Victorian courts and tribunals.

Changes to These Terms

EZWash may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or business operations.
We do our best to keep things transparent, if we make significant changes, we’ll note the update date on this page and may notify regular clients where appropriate.
